Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria below.
Please note:
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return is requested within 30 days of purchase
- Items are unused, unopened, and in a saleable condition;
- Items are returned in their original packaging, in original condition (including boxes, jars, lids, labels, and protective packaging);
- Products have not been used, burned, tested, or tampered with in any way;
- Items are not excluded from our change of mind policy (see exclusions below).
- Items Not Eligible for Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Opened or used products;
- Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable;
- Gift cards or digital products;
- Custom or made-to-order items (where applicable).
Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page and/or at checkout.
Requesting an Exchange or Reporting Breakage
If an item arrives broken, or if you wish to request an exchange, please notify us within 72 hours of your parcel's arrival. Contact us via our dedicated contact page or email hello@themelthouse.com.au.
Any resolution for approved breakage or exchange requests will be processed as a store credit and/or refund, which is issued solely at the discretion of The Melt House.
